Why should grown-up people have all the fun? Since our poufs have been flying off the shelves, Annie decided that pets and pint-sized people should have their own seat of honor. Say hello to the WOUF, a scaled-down version of the pouf that’s just the ticket for floor-level.
WOUFs come in three versatile sizes—from petite flower to large-and-in-charge—and are made of lightweight, durable polypropylene and filled with polystyrene beads. This uber-durable, weather-hardy construction means they’re perfect for the porch or patio, pet beds, kids’ rooms, and even the boat.
“But what about cleaning,” you ask? We get it, and we made the WOUF with your busy lifestyle in mind. To prove it, we enlisted the help of Emmet, one of Annie’s four-footed companions. We armed him with a juice box and bottles of ketchup, mustard, and jam. He worked his doggy magic smooshing around the stains, and we let them sit before cleaning. Then we went at ’em with a bit of soap, a brush, and some water, and voilà—good as new. No kidding.
How to clean a WOUF:
1. Take it outside, or toss it in the bathtub or utility sink. For fresh stains, hose off, then scrub with a stiff-bristled brush.
2. For set-in or stubborn stains, squirt on a bit of your favorite earth-friendly, fabric-safe cleaner or some white vinegar, and scrub with a stiff-bristled brush.
3. For superdark (think: fluids like beet juice or wine) or icky (think: fluids of the bodily variety) stains, pour on a small amount of bleach, and scrub with a stiff-bristled brush.
4. Rinse clean. Allow to dry outside, preferably in a sunny spot.
Try it yourself at home! Annie’s giving away one of her all-new Trimaran Stripe WOUFs in size medium and the fresh, summery Sprout/Ivory combo, to one lucky reader!
