Steal This Look: Beachy-Beautiful Neutral, Indigo, and Sky Palette

We’ll admit that we’ve had beach on the brain since the snowdrops, crocuses, and first little sprouts of grass starting poking their sunny heads up from the soggy ground. And while it may be too soon to start hitting the sand in person, we’re bringing the shoreline vibe inside with a fresh new bedroom palette that seamlessly blends timeless neutrals, versatile indigo, and a happy pop of sky blue.

We love that this palette relies on just two colors—ivory and blue—but has tons of depth and dimension, thanks to mix of multiple tones in the same color families, and the contrast of crisp and smooth textures (like the cotton sheets and duvet) with cozier textures that feel amazing under the hands and feet (get a load of that African-inspired jute rug, painstakingly knotted by hand).

While the narrow stripe of the blanket and throw have a classic coastal look, it’s offset by the modern wave pattern of the blanket and the quilted diamond geometric of the matelassé shams. For a touch of variety in the shapes, we’ve added this island-inspired, hand-appliqued decorative pillow in aqua. Fresh, easy, and effortlessly spring-ready.
