Art Party at Stonover

If you’ve been following our series on the gorgeous Stonover Farm and owner Suky Werman’s terrific taste in art, then you know how excited we’ve been about Stonover’s annual summer exhibit in the Barn Gallery. This year’s show is all about textile-inspired art (check out our previous posts on artists Melissa Matsuki Lillie, Sean Riley, Karyl Sisson, and Elisabeth Lecourt), which we probably don’t have to tell you is right up our design alley.

Last week was the opening reception for the show, and it was one of the best parties we’ve attended so far this season. Filled with truly memorable art (see more photos on photographer Tricia McCormack’s site), live music by Brazilian drumming band the Berkshire Bateria, and tons of mouthwatering food—think haute barbecue—by Fire Roasted Catering, the Stonover party was an incredible way to spend an evening. Take a peek at some of our favorite moments.
