Guest Stylists: Beth and Kristy from Design Chic

We first met Beth Woodson and Kristy Woodson Harvey, the mother-daughter team behind Design Chic, at Design Bloggers Conference in Atlanta, and were taken with how they’re every bit as easygoing-elegant and youthfully refined as their blog. We can’t get enough of their sleek and clean yet livable aesthetic—or their philosophy that you can find personal meaning through interior design and surrounding yourself with what you love, that little details matter, and that you should use your fine china every day. And what’s not to love about the motto “Beauty for the sake of beauty adds pleasure and fullness to life”?

Not a darn thing—that’s what. And that’s why we invited them to create an exclusive bedroom look for summer. Calm and soothing with a hint of beachy beauty, this bedroom is all about luxury fabrics like linen and appliqued cotton mixed with anything-but-basic embroidered white bedding, natural elements like a neutral jute rug and braided pouf, and a pretty spectacular set of printed, watercolor-inspired sheets.

Get the full details about their bedroom design picks on their blog, then come back here to enter the giveaway for a Paintbrush sheet set from Pine Cone Hill!

Oh! And if we hadn’t paired these adorable sheets with blue we LOVED them yellow, orange or pink too. It was such a hard choice!

I have been using Pine Cone Hill sheets and quilts for years. I’ve always been drawn to the bright cheery fabrics and the quality of the products. My goal is to have all my bedrooms adorned with Pine Cone Hill bedding. I had the pleasure of meeting Annie Selke at Kuhl Linscomb in Houston, Texas and she was as vibrant and colorful as her products. Thanks for continuing to create new and exciting bedding!
