Fall Scarf Style

When you think of November in the Northeast, which pieces of clothing come to mind? For us, it’s thin-wale cords, a cozy yet colorful peacoat, suede booties, and a heap of fun yet functional accessories. And tops on our list of outfit makers is Annie’s Silver Fox scarf.

With its graphic pattern of charcoal, ivory, and the palest silver-blue, this scarf pairs with pretty much anything in our wardrobes, from work dresses to weekend jeans-and-slouchy-sweater combos. Several of our male staff members also rock it with a natty suit or grandpa cardigan. Because this scarf is crafted in a tactile weave of lightweight wool that provides an impressive amount of warmth, it goes from fall all the way through the most brrr-inducing months of winter with ease—a huge plus for cold climates like ours. Here, we’ve popped the silvery hues of the scarf against blacks (how adorable is that intarsia sweater?) and grays, then punched it up with a bit of 1980s-inspired color. Toss in a few sparkly accessories, and you’re good to go.
